Kainoa Lee is a second
generation Realtor, born in
Honolulu, Hawaii. Being raised
in the business has given him a
unique understanding, awareness
and knowledge that enables him
to better service his clients’
needs. Extensive travels
throughout Asia and the United
States make Kainoa well rounded
in both diverse business
practices and negotiations.
Kainoa has worked with large
corporations securing exclusive
representation agreements with
companies such as Marriott
International and Crowne Plaza
Hotels, to assist them with
their real estate acquisitions
in Hawaii. He has served as a
consultant to Hilton Worldwide
Headquarters with regard to the
acquisition of potential Hotel
sites on Maui and the
neighboring islands.
Also specializing in foreign
sales he has represented the
Chairman of a multi-billion
dollar Taiwanese Corporation in
the sale of a 39 home golf
course front development.
Kainoa represented the Director
of The Real Estate Association
of The Republic of China with
the sale of her property here in
Hawaii in 2003. Additionally,
Kainoa represented a Japanese
Seller of a multi-million dollar
record oceanfront home in the
beginning of 2004. In 2006 and
again in 2008, Kainoa
represented a large Japanese
technology corporation in the
sale of its two multi-million
dollar corporate retreats in
Honolulu.
Kainoa was honored and
recognized at the Sotheby’s
International Realty Western
Regional Conference in New York
(March 2004) and is recognized
as a consistent top producer
annually. As a proven leader in
real estate sales he continues
to set record high sales even
during these economically
challenging times.
Kainoa enjoys extracurricular
activities such as golf, snow
and jet skiing, running, weight
training, and racquetball. He
has served three terms on the
Board of Directors of the
Children’s Alliance of Hawaii, a
non-profit organization that
assists underprivileged
children, specifically those
that have been sexually abused.
Having represented clients from
every walk of life, in both the
acquisition and sale of their
real estate assets, Kainoa’s
abilities, confidence and
devotion to his clients goes
without question. Having a
reputation of being willing and
able to go to the world’s edge
in order to service his clients’
